If you can afford it at all, consider sharing with those less fortunate. It always breaks my heart when little boys and girls want coats and underwear. It also helps explain to your kids why they aren’t getting an iPad when they shop for warm socks and gloves. We usually try and pick a child close in age to our daughter. Last year we were challenged to pray for this child in the month of December. I thought that was a good idea to help remind you that Christmas is about Christ and others, not self and presents.
