White Chicken Chili

It is that wonderful time of year when you can throw dinner in the crockpot and let it simmer all day. One of my favorite meals is White Chicken Chili. It is my go-to meal when people are sick or have a baby.

1 pound cooked, chopped, skin-less boneless  chicken breasts
1 48-oz can  Great Northern Beans
1 16-ounce  jar salsa (choose your spice level)
8 ounces  shredded pepper jack cheese
½ cup light  chicken broth
2 t.  cumin
Put  ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 4 hours.  Serve with cornbread.
